We value your custom and want you to be genuinely satisfied with your purchase.
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the date you received your item(s).
To receive a refund, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt; items must be returned unopened and in their original condition as when they left us.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We’ll refund your order once we’ve received and processed the safely returned item within 30 calendar days.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a duty to take reasonable care of the Products whilst they are in your possession.
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the Products, we reserve the right to refund you less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the Products or to cover any loss.
For products that have been opened, used or damaged, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.

Private United Kingdom customers have certain cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (the Regulations). Colour & Inspiration offers the following returns policy:
(b) Any customer wishing to exercise this right must notify the vendor at either of the following: in writing to Colour & Inspiration, 42a Howard Road, Culcheth, Warrington, Cheshire, WA35EG, (addressed to Customer Services Team), by telephone
(c) As a further condition of the right to return, customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition to the address referred to in (b) above as soon as possible. If the vendor pays the return cost then this will be deducted from any refund. Orders that qualified for free shipping, will have the appropriate P&P fee deducted from any refund, if the returned goods means the original order falls under the financial threshold and no longer qualifies for free shipping. The goods will be deemed returned when actually received by the vendor at the said address.
(d) Pending the return of the goods they must be kept in good condition.
(e) Customers shall be entitled to a full refund (less any charges referred to in (c) above) on full compliance with the foregoing: (i) any goods made to customers’ specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right to cancel. (ii) The following are bespoke products, manufactured specifically to order and therefore non-returnable, personalised items and special colour matches
If, on arrival of your order, the item(s) are damaged, please use the customer services form below or alternatively contact us on 07757727337 or email@example.com to-arrange a replacement.
If after making a purchase you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund immediately as long as your order has not been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched but not reached its destination, you will receive your refund once your order has been returned to us.

All orders are sent either by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, we aim to send goods out on the next working day. We do not offer an international shipping service

Delivery timings are not guaranteed, and are reliant on Royal Mail service, and might not meet their quoted times.
We will ship to the address supplied by you in the shipping address part of the order. If this address is incorrect, we will not be held responsible for any loss of goods or compensation thereafter regarding goods or shipping costs.
Once an item has left us it is the responsibility of the delivery company to adhere to it's own delivery times.
